Industrial Electrician for a broad and exciting role at AVEBE Malmö

As an Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department with 7 people and report to the Maintenance Manager. You will work daytime, Monday to Friday, according to a continuous on-call schedule that exists for the department. The process runs 24/7, which means that the factory does not shut down but operates continuously throughout the day and week. You contribute to our work with preventive maintenance, where we systematically analyze our processes. Commissioning, troubleshooting, and reconstruction are other common tasks. The tasks are very varied as both electrical and mechanical jobs are part of the position.

Your profile:

We are looking for someone with an electrical education at least at the high school level and several years of experience as an electrician. General authorization (AL) is a requirement. Authorization for high voltage and experience working with high safety standards is an advantage. Previous experience in the process industry, for example as an industrial electrician, or a technical background in mechanics or automotive technology is a plus. You speak and write Swedish fluently and preferably also have a good command of English. A B driver's license is a requirement.

As a person, you are creative, innovative, and have the ability to solve even complex questions and problems. You are self-driven, responsible, and take initiative. You are also structured and analytical with a strong entrepreneurial drive. You have good collaboration skills and can listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.

About the position:

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Malmö. Start date by agreement.
